Who it is for

  • ConsultanciesYou run CRA, CE or RED projects for manufacturers and need a tool in which your client runs reporting, evidence and documentation.
  • MSSPs and security service providersYou look after your clients’ security and want to add Article 14 reporting and product vulnerability handling to your services.
  • Law firmsYou advise manufacturers on the CRA. You may refer clients without commission if your professional ethics require it.

Two ways to work with us

  • Referral partner20%commission on the licenceYou recommend AnnexProof to your client and register the deal in the portal. AnnexProof contracts with the client, and you receive commission on their licence payments every month.
  • Delivery partner20%discount or commissionYou implement AnnexProof for your client. You buy the licence 20% below list price and resell it at list price, or you take the 20% commission. You deliver the 24-hour Reporting Pack and the Sprint yourself, under your own brand. On a registered, protected deal AnnexProof does not compete with you for services.

Partner tiers

Every partner starts on the same terms. You reach the next tiers through work with your clients.

What you earn

20% of the referred customer’s licence payments (25% at Premier), monthly for 12 months from their first paid licence invoice, once the customer has paid. A package counts for the licence it includes. Services (Sprint work, exercises, help with a report, reviews) are not part of the commission base.

Examples for one yearly customer payment, from the price list of 5.10.2026, net prices. A Founding Partner earns for 24 months, so the payment for the second year counts too. A delivery partner who buys the licence at 20% off earns the same amount as margin. The signed partner agreement is binding.

How it works

  1. 01Application and agreement

You fill in a short form. We talk for 30 minutes and sign the partner agreement.

  2. 02Partner account

You get a free AnnexProof account for internal work and the partner portal with materials, the price list and quotes.

  3. 03Deal registration

You register your client’s company in the portal. Once accepted, the deal is protected for 90 days.

  4. 04Monthly commission

The customer pays for the licence. Once the month is over, you see a numbered statement in the portal, you send your invoice, and the payout arrives by the 15th of the following month.

What you get

  • a free AnnexProof account for internal work
  • deal registration with 90-day protection from acceptance
  • quotes for your client from the current price list, approved by AnnexProof
  • the “My clients” view: open cases, the nearest Article 14 deadline and new Brand Radar matches for each client
  • monthly commission statements in the portal, with CSV export
  • product training and a joint webinar within 30 days of signing
  • a listing in the partner directory once certified, if you agree to it

The rules

  • No exclusivity, sales targets or territory.
  • Partners do not negotiate terms on behalf of AnnexProof; AnnexProof approves quotes.
  • On a registered, protected deal AnnexProof does not compete with the partner for services.
  • You see a client’s CRA data only when the client invites you into its workspace. That access is free for the client.
  • A law firm may refer clients without commission if its professional ethics require it.
  • The signed partner agreement is binding.

Partner questions

01Is the programme exclusive?

No. The programme gives no exclusivity and asks none of you. A specific client is protected by deal registration: once accepted, that client is assigned to you for 90 days.

02Are there territories?

No. You can refer clients from any country. Deal registration in the portal decides whose client it is, not territory.

03Can a law firm become a partner?

Yes. If professional ethics do not allow a fee for a referral, the law firm refers clients without commission. The partner account, deal registration and materials work the same way.

04How am I paid, and whom do I invoice?

Once the month is over, a numbered statement appears in the portal. You invoice Arklink Michał Kosiorek, al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa, and put the statement number on the invoice. The payout arrives by the 15th of the following month. A partner in another EU country invoices without VAT, under the reverse charge, to our EU VAT number PL9522098675.
