1. Provider
The annexproof.com website is operated by Arklink Michał Kosiorek, al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa, NIP 9522098675, REGON 528604150, the owner of the AnnexProof brand (the Provider). Contact: contact@annexproof.com. These terms set out the rules for the services provided electronically on the website.
2. Services
The Provider offers the following services on the website free of charge:
- access to content about the Cyber Resilience Act and the AnnexProof product;
- the CRA readiness check: an indicative self-assessment whose answers are processed in the user's browser;
- a contact form to book a call or apply for the design partner programme.
The content and the check result are for information only and are neither legal advice nor a conformity assessment of any product.
3. Technical requirements
Using the website requires an internet-connected device with an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled, and an email address to send the form. Using the internet carries common risks such as malware; the Provider uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and the safeguards described in the privacy policy.
4. Conclusion and termination
The agreement for access to content and the check is concluded when the website is opened and ends when the user leaves it. The agreement for the contact form is concluded when the form is sent and ends once the enquiry has been answered, unless the parties agree otherwise. The user may stop using the services at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not provide unlawful content, submit other people's data without authorisation or disrupt the website, including by sending forms automatically.
6. Complaints
Complaints about the services can be sent to contact@annexproof.com or by post to the Provider's address, with a description of the problem. The Provider responds within 14 days of receipt.
7. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
8. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. The Provider may amend them for important reasons, such as changes in the law or in the scope of services; an amendment applies from the publication of the new version on the website. These terms do not exclude or limit any mandatory rights of consumers. Contracts for the AnnexProof product are concluded separately.
